Meet our Leadership
| Ed Taggart, HRWRP President, has been involved with the Partnership since its inception. He has been President since 1998. Other than being intensely involved with Huff Run, Ed enjoys boating, fishing and spending time with friends at our local cafe. | |
| Maureen Wise, Huff Run Watershed Coordinator, has been with the Partnership since 2003. Maureen's job includes coordinating efforts between partners of the HRWRP, watershed planning, managing grants and planning events. She graduated from Mount Union College. While not at work, Maureen can be found running, reading, playing drums or attempting to grow flowers in her garden. | |
| Amber Leasure-Earnhardt, Huff Run Assistant Watershed Coordinator, served in 2007/ 2008 as the Huff Run VISTA through the AmeriCorps program. At Huff Run, Amber organizes the Environmental Explorers Club, the Awareness Day field trips, the Agricultural Newsletters and conducts all environmental education for the Partnership. Amber served in Iowa for Americorps State before her VISTA term. She graduated from Geneva College and enjoys painting, crafts, the outdoors and reading. | |
| George "Bo" Hysong acts as the HRWRP Vice President and has held the position since 2006. Hysong serves as Sandy Township Trustee and is very active as an independent contractor for paving companies. Bo enjoys golfing and watching football. | |
| Belle Everett, HRWRP Treasurer since early 2008, is serving as a Warwick Township Trustee. She is a devoted volunteer for our Huff Run Awareness Days and our Environmental Explorers Club. Belle enjoys butterfly gardening. | |
| Marissa Geib has held the position of HRWRP Secretary since Fall 2008. She is a student at Sandy Valley High School and is enrolled in post secondary at Kent State, Tuscarawas Campus. Marissa also is a very active volunteer helping with office work, sampling, fund raisers and other essential Huff Run duties.Marissa shows horses and has been active in 4H and many other extracurricular activities. |
