                          Official Rules
1. All photos must be taken in the Huff Run Watershed. (See maps
here and here.)
2. The contest is open to any individual that is not a professional photographer (greater than 50% of income from photography).
3. Photographs may be any size, black and white, color or digital stills. Do not send photo reproductions. No digital imaging (alteration) but enhancing (recoloring, changing contrast) is acceptable. Must send a hard copy.
4. No more than three photographs may be submitted by an individual.
5. An entrant information card must accompany the photo. Please include the following information:
a) Photographer’s name, address and phone number
b) Title of photo
c) Location of photograph – an identifiable landmark, highway, residence or park.  Must be in the Huff Run watershed.
6. All entries become property of HRWRP. HRWRP reserves the non-exclusive right to use all photographs in publications or for promotional purposes. Entrants should keep negatives or extra prints of their photographs.
7. Judges will select a first, second and third place winner based on aesthetic value, technical merit and composition. The winners will be announced at the Huff Run Community Fun Day on August 17, 2008. All entrants will be contacted.
8. Always respect private property.
9. All entries must be post marked or received by
August 1, 200. Entries can be submitted by mailing or dropping off photos to/ at:  8728 North High St, PO Box 55, Mineral City, OH 44656 – former Mineral City Village Hall.

11. The Huff Run Watershed Restoration Partnership Inc. is a 501c(3) non-profit organization that is committed to the restoration of water quality in Huff Run. The intention of this Photo Contest is to familiarize people with the Huff Run Watershed, the HRWRP, and the mission of the HRWRP. Also it hopes to identify that the efforts being made by the HRWRP and all its partners will make scenic photographs more commonplace throughout the Huff Run Watershed by achieving their mission.
